It is our after-sales service that has given us the reputation that we now enjoy. To us it is more important to keep the wheels turning on existing horseboxes than building a new one.
Our owners have benefited from our “on the spot response” to any needs they may have. This has included overnight collection and repair of a vehicle, to the supply of a courtesy box whilst the repairs are carried out. Our range of services also includes:

Our commitment to you certainly doesn’t end when you drive your Equicruiser horsebox out of our factory. Designing and building your horsebox is only the start. Customer care is our primary concern and we provide a range of services that will continue to offer support well after you take your horsebox home.
All our new boxes come complete with a warranty, and so that you can always come back to a familiar face to help you keep your horsebox in the best shape possible for years of reliability, we have a range of services to ensure ongoing help with your horsebox.

And for when life doesn’t always go to plan, we are an authorised insurance repairer for all makes of horseboxes.

- We can repair Oakley, Whittaker, Sovereign, Stephex, Empire, Cooke, Roelofson and PRB
- Any horsebox can be quoted for repairs.
- We also repair a lot of motorhomes, both leisure and race cars.
- From bodywork, re-painting, electrical repairs, re-commissioning, repair and refabrication of components.
- Authorised insurance repairers.
